Whether you fall on the side of belief that leaders are born, or that leaders are made, one thing remains the same; leadership requires vision. The ability to recognize a problem before it becomes an emergency.  To inspire people to go somewhere that they have never been, for them to aspire to push harder and farther; that is true leadership. While leadership is a delicate combination of strategy and character, if you find yourself without one, let it be strategy.  Character matters.  Too often people are unyielding when it comes to the matter of their style, when what they should be is steadfast on the matter of their principles.

By definition, a solution is the successful action of solving a problem.
