I am Dawn Stastny, co-founder and Managing Partner of Stellaris Group, LLC. I have built my career and the Stellaris Group philosophy on perfecting the Human Resources aspects of a business; handling all things "employee and compliance" so my clients can focus on growing their business.

My experience in the domestic and international corporate setting, with both public and private companies including GE, True North Communications, Corporate Environments of Georgia, Affinity Logistics, and SJ Pharmaceuticals, has helped me refine my skills in navigating employee relations, compliance, recruitment, strategic planning, risk management, and more.

I am known as the "Loophole Queen." My extensive knowledge and expertise in the area of governmental compliance has earned me this title by my clients. I excel in ensuring our clients are compliant, yet still able to run their business the way they want to.

In a world of bossy HR people, it's not our job to tell you what you can and cannot do.
