Crystal is our Client Consultant / Human Resources Administrator and she started with Stellaris Group in 2018. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts and Humanities with Kennesaw State University. Crystal has 20 years’ experience as a nationally certified paralegal and also holds certifications in project management, professional organization and event and meeting planning. Crystal is also an adjunct professor with Gwinnett College.
Her previous experience includes working as a Regional Manager at Michaels as their Regional Events and Operations manager where she started an art education program and was responsible for recruiting, hiring, and managing over 280 artists throughout the Southeast. After leaving Michaels, she became a recruiter and HR Generalist for Medical Imaging Solutions.
Crystal is highly motivated and quite tenacious about any project she is given. Her legal background gives her a unique perspective for HR related state and federal labor laws and regulatory requirements. She is organized, tenacious and loyal and feels that colleagues would describe her as being focused and hard-working. Her motto in life is straight-forward as when pushed to the limit she says: “Just put on your big girl panties and deal with it.”
People are usually surprised to discover that Crystal is a published author and she is also an artist and likes to draw and paint. Her No 1. item on her Bucket List is to spend a month exploring Italy and her main causes are children’s rights, animal cruelty and literacy advocacy. Crystal will tell you that people usually remember her most for her red hair and her laugh.
